“We hired Richard’s Roofing Inc. to re-shingle our roof and we are very pleased with the company’s excellent performance throughout the process. Richard’s Roofing Inc. minimized the difficulty. A previous contractor re-shingled our roof after the hurricanes of 2004 and a short 7 years later shingles were falling off, this included major leaks also appearing. Subsequently upon Richards’ Roofing Inc. tearing off the old roof, Mr. Geil discovered all the underlayment, flashings and shingles were installed improperly. We then realized how important it is to hire an expert, Contractor. Re-shingle jobs always create a large amount of debris. This company diligently cleaned up the worksite during each stage of the process. The “best” materials were used and we actually had the building inspector praise Richards’ Roofing Inc.’s quality of work. He stated this job was well above building codes, which met all wind mitigation requirements for our insurance provider. Overall Richards’ Roofing Inc. made a difficult event run smoothly, the finished job is beautiful and we have confidence our roof will last far beyond any expected warranties.
